Walkthrough the Hanging Bridges of Bijagua Rainforest

Our walk through the Hanging Bridges in the Heliconias Rainforest is located on the slopes of the Tenorio Volcano. This private reserve offers spectacular views of the rural community of Bijagua, Lake Nicaragua, and the surrounding landscapes. Its location provides the perfect opportunity to experience ecotourism and a natural paradise in one place.

Here you will find a peaceful and quiet environment with incredible biodiversity across more than 185 acres of primary rainforest bordering Tenorio Volcano National Park—a forest rich in wildlife and natural beauty.

A guided tour along the trail and three suspension bridges will bring you closer to the wonderful biodiversity of the rainforest. This is a privileged area for nature lovers, birdwatchers, and wildlife enthusiasts. Our naturalist guide will share valuable knowledge about the rainforest and help you spot wildlife using binoculars and a telescope.
